INSTALLATION

PROCEDURE

1. INSTALL FRONT NO. 4 SPEAKER ASSEMBLY (for 7 Speakers)

(a) Connect the connector.

(b) Temporarily install the front No. 4 speaker assembly by aligning the positioning pins of the front No. 4 speaker assembly with the instrument panel.

(c) Install the front No. 4 speaker assembly with the 2 bolts.

Torque:

3.5 N·m {36 kgf·cm, 31 in·lbf}

NOTICE:

  • Do not touch the cone part of the speaker.
  • When installing the speaker to the instrument panel, be careful so that the wires do not get caught between the parts.

2. INSTALL NO. 1 SPEAKER HOLE COVER

(a) Attach the 8 clips to install the No. 1 speaker hole cover.

3. INSTALL FRONT NO. 2 SPEAKER ASSEMBLY RH

(a) Connect the connector.

(b) Temporarily install the front No. 2 speaker assembly RH by aligning the positioning pins of the front No. 2 speaker assembly RH with the instrument panel.

(c) Install the front No. 2 speaker assembly RH with the 2 bolts.

Torque:

3.5 N·m {36 kgf·cm, 31 in·lbf}

NOTICE:

  • Do not touch the cone part of the speaker.
  • When installing the speaker to the instrument panel, be careful so that the wires do not get caught between the parts.

4. INSTALL FRONT NO. 2 SPEAKER ASSEMBLY LH

(a) Connect the connector.

(b) Temporarily install the front No. 2 speaker assembly LH by aligning the positioning pins of the front No. 2 speaker assembly LH with the instrument panel.

(c) Install the front No. 2 speaker assembly LH with the 2 bolts.

Torque:

3.5 N·m {36 kgf·cm, 31 in·lbf}

NOTICE:

  • Do not touch the cone part of the speaker.
  • When installing the speaker to the instrument panel, be careful so that the wires do not get caught between the parts.

5. INSTALL NO. 2 INSTRUMENT PANEL SPEAKER PANEL SUB-ASSEMBLY

(a) Attach the 2 guides, 3 clips and 3 claws to install the No. 2 instrument panel speaker panel sub-assembly.

6. INSTALL NO. 1 INSTRUMENT PANEL SPEAKER PANEL SUB-ASSEMBLY

(a) Attach the 2 guides, 3 clips and 3 claws to install the No. 1 instrument panel speaker panel sub-assembly.

7. INSTALL FRONT PILLAR GARNISH RH

8. INSTALL FRONT PILLAR GARNISH LH
