Toyota Tundra Service Manual: Acceleration Sensor Internal Circuit (C1419,C1435)

DESCRIPTION

These DTCs are stored when the skid control ECU (brake actuator assembly) receives an internal malfunction signal from the yaw rate and acceleration sensor (airbag sensor assembly).

With the +BS terminal voltage between 9.6 and 16.5 V, an acceleration sensor malfunction signal is received from the acceleration sensor for 1 second or more.

Yaw Rate Sensor Internal Circuit

With the +BS terminal voltage between 9.6 and 16.5 V, a yaw rate sensor malfunction signal is received from the yaw rate sensor for 1 second or more.

NOTICE:

After replacing or reinstalling the yaw rate and acceleration sensor (airbag sensor assembly), perform system variant learning and acceleration sensor zero point calibration.
