INSTALLATION PROCEDURE 1. INSTALL FAN ![]() (a) Install the fan to the fluid coupling with the 4 nuts. Torque: 10 N·m {102 kgf·cm, 7 ft·lbf} 2. INSTALL FAN SHROUD (a) Install the fan pulley to the fan bracket. (b) Place the fan shroud together with the fluid coupling fan between the radiator and engine. NOTICE: Be careful not to damage the radiator core (c) Temporarily install the fluid coupling fan to the fan bracket with the 4 nuts. Tighten the nuts as much as possible by hand.
(e) Install the shroud with the 2 bolts. Torque: 6.5 N·m {66 kgf·cm, 58 in·lbf} (f) Connect the reservoir hose to the upper radiator tank. (g) Install the fan and generator V-belt (See page
